The size charts vary by dress designer. If you'd like to order a custom size dress, we strongly suggest find a professional local tailor to get accurate measurements. Here, we'll show you which measurements are needed and how to correctly take them. Warning: measuring yourself at home is trickier than you think! 1, Return Policy

We can accept return of dresses standard size with picture color if size no bigger than US14.
Please note the request on the after-sale problem shall be issued within 7 natural days after the item arrives at you, then package must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.

Please report us the abnormal situation of the package within 30 days from date of shipping otherwise the Express refuse to pay any loss of package

2, Shipping Policy

1), We ship worldwide, the delivery time is effected by covid-19.

Rush order: Within 10-20 natural days or even earlier from date of confirmation.
Normal order: Around 30±5 natural days from date of confirmation.

2), We send dresses by DHL, UPS, Fedex, Special Airline and other ways, all package will be insured before sending, so if the package lost, then you can get full payment back or resend you a new one.

3), The shipping cost is prepaid before sending, so there will be no extra shipping cost, please note for some countries, there will be international customs taxes, this tax should be paid by buyers, in order to save your cost, we usually write less price on the invoice.
